The above staff have an average of nearly 16 years experience in coaching youth sports and have backgrounds in public education, small business ownership, medicine, and journalism.
The program benefits from staff experience such as a local elementary school principal of over fourteen years, a local school board member, a PhD in Philosophy, and a nationally recognized journalist that covers the Colorado Rockies and Major League Baseball for the Denver Post. The non-profit organization benefits from staff as community volunteers, an MBA, a director on a non-profit board and an Executive Director at a Fortune 500 company.
The players in the Longmont Outlawz Baseball Club will have regular interaction with staff that have played or coached competitive baseball at all levels including high school, college, and the major leagues. We are fortunate to have the experience and expertise of Greg Riddoch who has been a major league scout, coach, and manager as our Special Advisor of Player Development.
