Fundraising
The Longmont Outlawz Baseball Club is operated as a nonprofit organization and is officially recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.  All funds acquired will be utilized to cover the costs of uniforms, tournament entry fees, and updating and supplying new equipment.  Additionally, funds will be used toward items including, but not limited to the development and maintenance of team website, donor recognition, team meals, and tournament supplies.

Though all monies will be deposited into one bank account, overseen by the Board of Trustees, it is expected that each player and family take an equal and active role in fundraising for the Longmont Outlawz Baseball Club.  The program goal for the 2012 season will be between $45,000 - $50,000 total for the four teams.  All donors will gain a tax deduction in excess of the value of goods received for their donations through the IRS in accordance with current tax code.

Donors will be recognized at several levels:

Bronze Level - $50 - $499
Donors will be recognized on the sponsor page of the website, and receive a donor recognition card/team photo signed by all of the players.
