Fundraising and Sponsors
The Longmont Outlawz Baseball Club is operated as a nonprofit organization and is currently in the application process for IRS tax exempt status designation.  All funds acquired will be utilized to cover the costs of uniforms, tournament entry fees, updating and supplying new equipment.  Additionally, funds will be used toward items including, but not limited to the development and maintenance of team website, donor recognition, team trailer, team meals, and tournament supplies.

Though all monies will be deposited into one bank account, overseen by the President and Club Treasurer, it is expected that each player and family take an equal and active role in fundraising for the Longmont Outlawz Baseball Club.  The program goal for the 2009 season will be between $30,000 - $35,000 total for the three teams.  Once the nonprofit tax status is granted by the IRS, all donors will gain a tax deduction for their donations.

Donors will be recognized at several levels:

Bronze Level - $50 - $500
Donors will be recognized on the sponsor page of the website, and receive a donor recognition card/team photo signed by all of the players as well as a team baseball hat.

Silver Level - $501 - $1,000
Bronze level recognition plus sponsors name on all three (9U, 10U and 11U) team banners

Gold Level - $1,001 - $2,500
Silver level recognition plus plaque and team photo, as well as an Outlawz team sweatshirt or jacket

Platinum Level - greater than $2,500
